Sean Swain is a hostage held by a lawless rogue-state calling itself “The State of Ohio.” He has been held without legal conviction or sentence since 1991 for the self-defense killing of a court official’s relative who broke into Sean’s home and threatened his life. In fall of 2012, prisoners calling themselves the Army of the 12 Monkeys (A12M) got rowdy at Mansfield Correctional, and the prison authorities assumed “that anarchist” Sean Swain must have been behind it and threw him in supermax isolation. Sean denies any involvement or affiliation with the A12M and is in the process of suing the ODRC for targeting him based exclusively on his ideology and political speech.

Though innocent of any crime, and though he is held without legal conviction or sentence, Sean will only be liberated when the illegitimate power of the lawless rogue state holding him hostage is abolished once and for all.

The State started the war. Sean Swain intends to finish it.

Skelly was arrested as part of the Cleveland 4. The Cleveland 4 were four Occupy Cleveland activists, Brandon, Connor, Doug and Joshua “Skelly.” They were arrested on April 30th, 2012. They were accused of plotting a series of bombings, including that of an area bridge. An FBI informant created the scheme, produced the explosives, and coerced these four into participating.

Skelly took his case to trial. He went pro se and acted as his own lawyer. The FBI offered him a non cooperating plea deal with a 3 year sentence, if he would have plead guilty. Skelly refused to plead guilty to something he wasn’t guilty of doing. He was found guilty on all counts by his jury and sentenced to 10 years. Even though Skelly had the most minimal role, he got the second longest sentence because he took his case to trial.

Doug took a non-cooperating plea deal and pled guilty to all charges. The judge applied a “terrorist enhancement” charge to him.

From his support page: “Many people in this country are born into lives of relative solitude and comfort. Doug’s life has been a series of tests, trials, and tribulations.

“Douglas Wright is now serving eleven and a half years at Hazelton, a maximum security prison. Hazelton is known to be one of the three most violent prisons in the nation and is in lockdown most of the time. If Doug survives this latest test and manages to walk out of that hellhole, then there’ll be one tough bastard standing before us. One that I’m honored and proud to call comrade. One that has shown nothing but grit, sand, and integrity. And I know, if you got the time, he’d surely appreciate a letter from you.

“As an endnote I’d like to add that Doug is not afraid of being sent to a CMU (communication management unit) and plans to tell his side of the story. Consequences be damned. He would also like to add that he wishes the Feds to get fucked and that the State needs to be smashed most thoroughly.”

In his own words: “More than any other content, I enjoy a letter in which the writer touches on their own experiences. The synchronicity so often revealed in these letters, resonating with my life as well as letters from other folks, has a profound beauty which reveals new connections, where seemingly isolated incidents become patterns. My interests are extremely varied and difficult to map out. I am currently studying anarchist pedagogies, Jungian psychology, Indology, feminism, depth psychology, toxicology, ancient Earth religions (especially that of the Maya, the Babylonians, and India), political anthropology (in particular, Pierre Clastres), and ufology/contactee experiences, among others.”

Casey is now in Jefferson City Correctional Center, which is about 9 miles from the state capitol building.

In a letter dated Sept 15 2013, Casey lamented the lack of letters but learned it was a fact of prison life. “Everyone on the outside has things going on and may not be able to take the time out to communicate with us in here.”

1998 statement

Bill Dunne is an anti-authoritarian political prisoner imprisoned for an attempted 1979 prison break to free anarchist and fellow revolutionary Artie Ray Dufur from the King County Jail in Seattle, Washington. Dunne and his former co-defendant, Larry Giddings, were accused by police of being “members of a small, heavily armed group of revolutionaries,” associated with the W ellspring Communion. Based primarily in San Francisco, the Wellspring Communion engaged in radical Leftist political outreach, merging the ideas of communism and anarchism into a single praxis. Though active mainly in the Bay area, the organization was said to have practice guerrilla training on a property in Humboldt County.

In 1983, Bill attempted to escape prison and was given another 15 years in prison.
